You are motivated, determined and, as they say, a professional idiot. This position requires your independence and knowledge of building processes and risk management. As each building, its organisation and its solutions are unique, you deliver tailor-made solutions. You direct projects when necessary, take care of market approach and are responsible for monitoring quality, cost management and planning.
As a project manager, you are interested in overseeing tender processes, technical processes and execution processes (in construction and installation).
- Preparation of investment estimates
- Tenders
- Project administration
- Cost control and cost management

- Project consultations (steering of planning and construction teams)
- Customer contact (first point of contact)

- Civil Engineering Background
- works independently and solution-oriented
- Assumes own responsibility
- Affinity for construction cost management
- Proficient in technical language in Dutch, German and English
- Ability to work well in a team
- A methodical and curious attitude
