This year Arcade was once again at the annual European Finals Queen & King of The Court in Utrecht.
Topsport To The Max
No shortage of top sport. During Queen & King of The Court, the balls were flying around your ears. With the various strikes and blocks, it was another great spectacle. The constant switching of teams makes it a hugely dynamic game. This game and Arcade have one thing in common: the drive to compete for success.
Sunday evening finally saw the finals. In the end, Mol & Sørum (from Norway) took the title: King of The Court and, among the ladies, Borger & Laboureur (from Germany) the title: Queen of The Court.
Celebrating success together
Celebrating success together is what Arcade stands for. So on Thursday evening we were invited as VIPs to Stefan Boermans’ Skybox and on Friday and Sunday evening we had our own Arcade Skybox. Friday evening with invited architects Abels & Partners from Amsterdam and Sunday evening we welcomed a number of volunteers from the Omni association Paal12 in Oldenzaal. Like us, they enjoyed the international volleyball spectacle. Living the beautiful moments together, that’s what Arcade is all about!

Music, lights and spotlights on!
Entertainment could not be left behind this year either. From various DJs, dance groups, trumpet players to complete bands. Everything came by in 4 days of Queen & King of The Court. The music of the DJs combined with the enthusiastic presenters whipped the arena to unprecedented heights.
