From 1 November 2022, we are looking for a new top member of our team in the field of cost management in construction
Job description
Within this position, you independently prepare cost estimates and cost price budgets of potential projects in the Netherlands and Germany, which you explain and substantiate in a clear manner. You identify risks and possible savings and propose (detailed) alternatives. Based on your input, economically sound pricing and project execution are possible. You report to the construction project manager and to the project teams you are part of.

- Some architectural/construction background
- Works independently and solution-oriented
- Takes own responsibility
- Masters technical jargon in Dutch, German and English
- Has a feel for the market and knowledge of construction methodologies
- Some knowledge in materials and prices
- Dares to think out of the box
